I am a certified yoga teacher in Embodied Yin, Hatha andVinyasa styles, offering slower-paced practices that emphasise mindful movement and breath awareness. My teaching style is both playful and intentional, encouraging you to explore yoga through curiosity and presence. I love to incorporate breathwork and meditation into my classes to foster a deeper mind-body connection, and by creating a welcoming environment I offer a supportive space for you to grow in your practice.”
Embodied Yin
Mondays 7.15pm
A low and slow practice blending yin postures with gentle somatic movement. We stay close to the ground, exploring intuitive, fluid movement and softening into longer held shapes. An invitation to move through layers of sensation and return to your own inner rhythm.
Slow Flow
Fridays 6.30pm
Slow Flow is steady, mindful practice to help you unwind and recharge. With an embodied approach, we’ll explore traditional yoga poses in a playful way, discovering what feels good in your body. The class invites you to connect with your breath, move with awareness, and create space for ease as you transition into the weekend ahead.
