“Hi! I’m Annie- a yoga teacher, somatic therapist and busy mum!
I’ve been practicing yoga for over a decade and teaching for many years, with training in vinyasa, yin and restorative styles as well as breathwork. My classes focus on helping people connect with their bodies, support their nervous systems, and build strength and ease through accessible, down-to-earth practices.
Alongside teaching, I co-run The River Room and SOMA. I’m passionate about creating warm, inclusive spaces where people can move, breathe, and simply feel good in themselves.”

Ready to get out of your head and into your body? This class is all about finding your rhythm and embracing the wiggle.
We’ll keep the energy high with a continuous, creative flow designed to build heat and keep you moving. Think of it as a moving meditation with a playful heartbeat. While the sequence is accessible to everyone, we love to sprinkle in challenge checkpoints along the way. Expect the occasional arm balance to find your strength and inversions to get a fresh perspective on the world.
Come prepared to move, laugh and maybe spend a little time upside down. Bring yourself, an open mind and your favourite playlist energy. Let’s flow!
Flow Yin

Ease into your day with a class designed to soften the edges of the week. This slow, grounding practice blends some very gentle flowing somatic movement with yin postures to invite both release and renewal. Expect long, quiet holds, spacious breath and subtle nervous system nourishment that leaves you feeling centred, rested and ready for the day ahead.
Whether you’re seeking calm, a reset for body and mind or simply a softer way to start your morning, this class offers a deeply supportive space to arrive, unwind and restore.
