“Hello - I’m (the other) Annie, I’m going to be teaching Pilates on Fridays at 5pm and I’m so excited to be joining the teaching team here at Soma and to share my love of Pilates with this beautiful new community.

My love of Pilates and somatic movement means my classes are a joyful blend of mindful movement, breath awareness, and embodied strength. I love guiding people to connect with their bodies in a way that feels supportive, fluid, and empowering—so you leave feeling grounded, open, and more at ease in yourself.

I qualified in Pilates in 2016 after a journey of reconnection with my body, as I fell in love with Pilates, I fell back in love my body and what it was capable of by fully embodying the principles.

I’m passionate about creating space where every body feels welcome, and where movement becomes a practice of both strength and self-care. Whether you’re new to Pilates or experienced, I’ll meet you where you are and help you explore your own possibilities.

I am also qualified in trauma informed Holosomatic bodywork, breathwork and reiki. And am so passionate about what we are capable of when we take care of our nervous systems. I’m a lover of nature, connection, and all things that bring us back into balance. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me with my gorgeous floofy child - George, exploring energy work & other somatic practices, or with a good coffee in hand.

The SOMA Session
Wednesdays 7am

This is not just a workout. This is a full-body reset.

Blending somatic movement, Pilates fundamentals, and barre-inspired sculpting, this class is designed to strengthen, release, and reconnect you to your body from the inside out. We move beyond surface-level fitness, working with breath, sensation, and awareness to unlock held tension, shake off stagnation, and gently de-armour the body.

Expect moments of intensity, softness, and deep release. Moments where you are challenged… and moments where you come home to yourself. You’ll leave feeling stronger, clearer, and more alive in your body.

Pilates
Friday’s 5pm

My Pilates classes are focused on the original Pilates principles but create space for a dynamic experience where you can create new movement patterns in your body and build a new relationship with self. You can expect flowing, layered movements based around the fundamentals that will keep you challenged but supported with options should you desire them. And as with all of my classes, you’ll leave feeling elevated, supported and recalibrated.
