“Hey, I’m Chantelle, born & bred in our local seaside of Morecambe where I grew up dancing in the local shows & pantos. I’ve returned to my roots & am now a Fitness instructor bringing that same passion into my fitness classes. My motto; energy creates energy.

My why: I believe movement is more than exercise. It’s connection, confidence and feeling good from the inside out.

My goal: To create a welcoming space where people feel supported, stronger, and part of something bigger than just a workout.

I love teaching Fitness Pilates because it’s the class I was always looking for, the perfect mix of strength, mobility, and mindfulness. It leaves you feeling stronger, standing taller, and a little bit lighter in both body and mind. Sharing that feeling with my community is the best part of my job.”

Fitness Pilates is taught to music in a group exercise format and includes warm up, mobility, active and passive flexibility, standing and functional exercises, mat, stretch and relaxation. Using the principles of traditional pilates delivered in a modern style.
