I'm super passionate about wellbeing, and the main reason I decided to start teaching yoga was to spread joy and to make people feel good. The most important focus for all of my classes is to make you feel brighter and lighter than when you walked in. 

I truly believe that yoga is one of the best contributions to maintaining a happy & healthy lifestyle.

With years of experience in the practice of yoga, I have developed a unique style that combines traditional yoga practices with modern techniques.

I teach various styles of yoga – vinyasa, hatha and yin. All of my classes are designed with care to make sure they are fun, relaxed and inclusive to all and can guarantee to make you smile.

Unwind & Flow
Tuesday’s 12.30pm

Unwind & Flow is gentle Hatha flow practise. The class will begin with some grounding breathwork and mediation, followed by warming up and stretching out the entire body. You’ll then be guided through a soft and mindful sequence of salutations, asanas, and balances., finishing with a restful savasana.

A beautiful balance of movement, breath and uplifting music designed to make you make you feel amazing, inside, and out.

This class is suitable for all levels of experience!

Yin Yoga
Thursdays 7.15pm

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other yoga styles, giving you space to go inward.

The practise of yin yoga is based on Chinese philosophies and Taoist principles which believe these are pathways of Qi (energy) that run through our bodies. By stretching and deepening into these poses, we open up blockages and releasing that energy to flow freely. 

Perfect for focusing the mind, reducing stress levels, boosting circulation and increasing flexibility.

This class is suitable for all levels of experience!
