Expect a vibrant and welcoming 60-minute class that blends the foundations of traditional asana with creative sequencing. We'll begin with deep, nourishing stretches before moving into a dynamic Vinyasa flow, guided by breath-work and music. Designed to build strength and flexibility, release tension and lift your spirits, leaving you feeling both worked and restored. Open to all levels, with modifications always offered so you can make the practice your own.
