Hello, I’m Ruth, your guide to waking the body and spirit through gentle movement and mindful stillness.
Yoga, for me, is a way of life. A practice of balance, awareness and healing. With a loving heart and a grounded soul, I strive to bring authenticity to every class. I draw from both the energy of the group and the natural rhythms of the seasons, creating classes that are inclusive, nourishing and meaningful for all who join.
With a background in Health and Fitness, I now dedicate most of my time to teaching Yoga and practicing Massage Therapy. I often weave in insights from anatomy and physiology to help students understand the physical and energetic benefits of their practice, blending the scientific with the spiritual.

This practice is designed to support a more balanced way of living and cultivate greater self-awareness in our fast-paced world, aligning your internal rhythms with yoga and the natural cycles of nature.
We combine breath and movement in gentle warm-up sequences that invite presence.
Flowing sequences reflect the energy and qualities of the season.
Moments of strength, balance, and inner stillness are woven throughout the practice.
The session concludes with a guided meditation, leaving you feeling grounded and connected
