Satya

Hi~I am Satya, a spiritual teacher and Kundalini Yoga Teacher, guiding people to embody spirituality into your reality and live authentically. My journey began after a heartbreak—despite having what many would call a “perfect life,” I felt deeply unhappy. That turning point led me to self-healing and the realisation that true freedom comes from knowing oneself.

With 12 years of practice and 9 years of professional service,

I integrate tools such as Kundalini Yoga (aligning body, mind, and soul), Aura Soma (revealing subconscious beliefs and transforming emotions), and Nadi Leaf Reading (offering life direction).

My mission is not just to make people “feel good,” but to equip them step by step to face life’s challenges with strength. I work best with those who long to live authentically, take responsibility, and trust their own way.

If this resonates with you, I may be the guide you’ve been looking for.

What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient practice designed to awaken awareness and reconnect you with your true self. It combines movement, breathwork, sound and meditation to create deep shifts not only in the body, but also in the mind and energy system.

Unlike many forms of yoga that focus mainly on physical flexibility, Kundalini Yoga works directly with your nervous system and subconscious mind. Through specific breathing patterns and rhythmic movements, it helps release stored tension and regulate your inner state allowing you to respond to life with more calm, clarity and confidence.

This practice supports you to reconnect with your own truth and reclaim your personal power. As your awareness expands, you begin to notice the patterns that keep you small or disconnected, and learn how to return to balance from within.

It’s a deeply transformative yet accessible practice for anyone seeking more stability, presence, and authenticity in everyday life. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for something that nourishes you on a deeper level, Kundalini Yoga invites you to come home to yourself — one breath at a time.
