“Hiya! I’m Scott, 42 years old. Raised in Keswick and living & working in Lancaster. I completed my 200 hour Vinyasa yoga in spring 2023 and 50 hour yin the following year.

I found yoga in my 30s and it helped me reclaim ownership of my body and breath.”

Yang to Yin
Sundays at 5pm

Yang to yin balances the complimentary sides of yoga. The class starts with a vinyasa flow and ends with Yin where we hold poses for a longer period of time.

Through this practice we learn to value duality and cycles by linking the spice of a vinyasa practice with the stillness of Yin. That sounds awfully serious but laughter is encouraged as well! You try being serious standing on one leg!

This class will be the perfect Sunday tonic to ground you ready for the week ahead.
