A gentle yet grounding class designed to help you pause, replenish, and reconnect at the end of the weekend.

We’ll move from the ground up, exploring sensation and breath, with every practice fully modifiable and deeply supportive. Expect simple postures, marma point self-massage, and moments of rest woven throughout- so you leave feeling integrated, refreshed, and more yourself.

No striving, no pressure, no performance- just time out to breathe, soften, and reset.
