Monthly Kundalini Experience with Satya

A Nervous-System– Led Journey Back to Inner Safety
This monthly Kundalini Yoga Experience is a gentle yet powerful space to reconnect with your body, breath, and inner awareness.
Designed especially for those who feel constantly on, overwhelmed or disconnected from themselves, this class focuses on nervous system regulation rather than performance or intensity. Through conscious breathing, simple movements, meditation and deep relaxation, you’ll be guided to soften out of survival mode and return to a felt sense of safety within.
This is not about pushing, forcing or doing more. It is an invitation to listen, slow down, and allow your body to recalibrate naturally.
Each session offers a different experiential theme, supporting emotional release, embodied awareness, and a deeper connection to your inner rhythm. No prior Kundalini Yoga experience is needed- just a willingness to meet yourself with honesty and compassion.
This class also serves as an entry point for those curious to explore deeper workshops and longer-form journeys into self-awareness, nervous system healing, and conscious living.

Facilitated by Satya, a Kundalini Yoga teacher specialising in nervous system awareness and embodied self-regulation, supporting people who have experienced long-term stress, burnout or emotional overload to reconnect with their inner stability and life rhythm.
Monthly: The Softening- a Sunday Somatic Reset with Annie Hackwell

A Monthly Sunday Somatic Ritual
This is a 90-minute immersive journey designed to help you soften, unwind, and come back into your body — just in time for the week ahead.
Blending somatic practices including movement, chakra meditation, breathwork, and subtle body awareness, this session invites you to gently release held tension from the physical body and nervous system while restoring a sense of inner alignment and calm.
Using embodied, wave-like movements and guided breath, we work through the body from root to crown — not to “activate” or force change, but to listen, integrate, and reorganise from within. Immersive headphones for part of the session create a cocooned, inward-focused experience, allowing you to drop beneath the noise of everyday life and into deeper sensation and presence.
This is a slow, nourishing practice rooted in trauma-informed somatic work. Everything is invitational. You are always in choice. Rest is welcome.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, spacious, and quietly resourced — more in your body, more in yourself, and more prepared for whatever the coming week holds.

From the Heart- Monthly Mantra Sessions with Abi Tunbridge

A warm and intimate evening of sacred song, sound and stillness.
Mantras are sacred sounds, words and phrases that are sung in repetition. They help calm the mind, open the heart, and nurture our connection to ourselves and others as we invoke the energy of the mantra. The vibration of mantra naturally slows our breath, soothes our nervous system, and draws our attention inward.
Repeated in a steady rhythm, the mantra becomes an anchor to return to. It draws us into presence, where we can notice the subtle sensations that live within - the hum in your chest, the warmth in your throat, a vibration beneath the skin. It’s less about how it sounds and more about how the mantra moves through the body.
Over the session we’ll explore mantra, moving gently between sound and stillness, and sharing presence, warmth, and tea. As we chant together, our voices create a shared rhythm, guiding us into the cave of our hearts.
