Breathe & Be – An invitation to seek inner stillness & deep rest with Natalie Temple
Sunday 23rd November/ 7-9pm/ £25
“At first the mind tumbles like a waterfall in mid-course, it becomes calm like a river flowing slowly. In the end it is an ocean where two halves merge in one.”
Using our breath as our foundation, I invite you listen & observe, to release & allow. To find a gentle unravelling & a gradual unfolding; to remember an inner stillness and drop into a deep, nurturing rest.
We will explore breath work, gentle movement, intentional stillness, mindful massage/ assists & finish with a nourishing Yoga Nidra all whilst being bathed in the gentle soft glow of candlelight.
You will leave feeling lighter, peaceful & with a sense of clarity & stillness of mind & body.

As the festive season approaches, many of us find ourselves caught between excitement and exhaustion- juggling social plans, family gatherings and endless to-do lists. Before the Christmas rush takes over, this afternoon is your invitation to pause, reset and return to yourself.
In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll use Kundalini Yoga practices designed to regulate and balance the nervous system, helping your body and mind transition from stress and overstimulation into calm and grounded presence.
Through a specially selected Kriya to balance the adrenal glands and a meditation for emotional stability, you’ll experience how movement, breath and sound can gently guide your system back into harmony.
This session will be a soothing blend of movement, stillness, and reflection. A space to release tension and reconnect with your inner steadiness before the busyness of the holidays begins. Whether you’re familiar with body awareness practices or simply curious about how to feel more balanced and centred, you’ll be guided safely and lovingly through each step.
Come as you are- no prior experience with Kundalini Yoga is needed. This is not about pushing or performing, but about listening inward and learning to restore yourself from within.
Calm Before Christmas: A Nervous System Reset through Kundalini Yoga with Satya
Sunday 21st December/ 7-8.30pm/ £20
Mantras are sacred sounds, words and phrases that are sung in repetition. They help calm the mind, open the heart, and nurture our connection to ourselves and others as we invoke the energy of the mantra. The vibration of mantra naturally slows our breath, soothes our nervous system, and awakens our inner light.
Repeated in a steady rhythm, the mantra becomes an anchor to return to. It draws us into presence, where we can notice the subtle sensations that live within - the hum in your chest, the warmth in your throat, a vibration beneath the skin. It’s less about how it sounds and more about how the mantra moves through the body.
Over the session we’ll explore mantra, moving gently between sound and stillness, and sharing presence, warmth, and tea. As we chant together, our voices will bring light and comfort on the darkest day of the year.
Join us from the heart – no singing experience needed
